The SAFE-T-L-157 is a 6 ft dual leg lanyard equipped with an external shock pack designed to provide continuous fall protection during transitions between anchor points. Engineered for 100% tie-off, this lanyard is ideal for users working at height who need to maintain secure attachment at all times.
Each of the three connection points—two leg ends and one harness end—is fitted with a high-strength alloy steel snap hook, allowing quick, secure, and reliable attachment. All hardware components meet the required safety standard of 5,000 lbs Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) or 22 kN, ensuring the highest level of performance and durability under fall arrest conditions.
The lanyard is made from 30 mm wide polyester webbing, offering strong resistance to abrasion, moisture, and UV degradation. Its external shock pack effectively absorbs fall energy, helping to limit the arresting forces transmitted to the user, in compliance with ANSI Z359.13-2013 standards.
